Our delivery guarantee

Every project starts with written acceptance criteria. If they are not met at delivery, we keep working at no additional cost until they are. No fine print.

Always included

In every engagement.
Always. No exceptions.

Whichever tier you choose, some standards never change. They are not sales extras — they are the foundation of how we work.

No hostage pricing

Managed model with a clear monthly fee: we operate, monitor and evolve your system. And if you want full control, the handover option transfers code, configurations and credentials to you.

Production-grade security

Encryption, least privilege, secrets management and PII handling — in every deployment, backed by 15 years in cybersecurity.

Full traceability

Every execution logged: what happened, when and why. Auditable and compliance-ready (GDPR where applicable).

Video walkthroughs

Every delivery ships with an explainer video: what was built, how it works and how to administer it.

QA and error handling

Everything tested before go-live: edge cases, error injection, retries and fallback logic. Nothing ships fragile.

Runbook and documentation

Complete documentation: data flows, decision logic, integrations and what to do if something fails. If there is no runbook, it is not finished.

What drives the ROI
  • Time recovered:

Every automated hour of manual work comes back immediately. Typical: 10+ hours/week per person in operational roles.
  • Faster sales:

Responding to every lead in seconds — nights and weekends included — has a direct impact on conversion.
  • Errors avoided:

Duplicate data entry and copy-paste are error factories. Agents validate and reconcile at every step.
  • Hiring avoided:

The annual cost of one operational hire typically funds the entire project plus months of managed operation.

Written acceptance criteria, always
It is fixed from the scope — before any work begins. We define the scope in writing, you approve it and we build it. Scope changes are quoted separately before being added. There are no surprise invoices.
The project covers the full build: discovery, architecture, development, QA, launch and runbook. The retainer (Managed AgentOps, from $1,500 USD per month) covers ongoing operation: monitoring, incidents, monthly change capacity and optimization. It only makes sense if there is a real operational load — and we will tell you honestly.
Because free consulting is a sales demo in disguise. Ours is a real deliverable: mapping, prioritized roadmap and per-phase budget — yours even if you do not continue with us. It is also credited to your first project, so if you move forward, it was free.
We do not — that is what the diagnostic is for. There we map processes, tools and logic, and deliver a written proposal with exactly what we will build, in how long, with which acceptance criteria and at what price.
It is the most common pattern: one agent in production, measured results, then the refit or the platform. The architecture is modular — what is built first is reused later, with no "starting from scratch" cost.
Every project has written acceptance criteria. If they are not met at review, we run a root-cause session and keep working at no additional cost until they are. As simple as that.
Standard: 50% at kickoff and 50% at delivery; larger projects are split into milestones. Prices are in USD. For the US and Europe we invoice in USD or EUR; for Mexico we issue CFDI in MXN at the day’s exchange rate. The retainer is billed monthly in advance.
Build in-house or with a partner?

Building an internal AI team is slower
than you think

The question is no longer "should we use AI?" but "who builds it?". Here is what each path costs — with real numbers.

Hire internally

The traditional path companies try first
3–6 months to get started
Recruiting, screening, onboarding and the learning curve — before a single flow reaches production
High total cost
An automation engineer costs $13,500–15,000 USD/month fully loaded in the US; senior talent is scarce and expensive elsewhere too
Trial-and-error architecture
Stack decisions made while learning — expensive to reverse later
One person, one point of failure
The engineer leaves and the knowledge leaves — no documentation, no backup
Maintenance is your problem
API changes, deprecated models and failures land on your team
Scaling = hiring more
Growth requires headcount — exactly the problem automation was meant to solve

The TsunAI path

A partner specialized in agent integration
Recommended
Kickoff in days
Diagnostic, written scope and first agent in production in 2–4 weeks
Fractional, predictable cost
A fraction of internal headcount — no benefits, no ramp-up risk
Proven architecture
A stack we already run in production — no experiments with your money
A team, not one person
Engineering + security + delivery, with documented playbooks that stay with you
Operation included
Monitoring, updates and incidents under AgentOps — agents stay alive
Scale without hiring
Adding agents requires no headcount — automation does the scaling
Not sure which one fits?

Start with the diagnostic.
We will tell you which one fits.

Most clients do not know which tier they need until after the diagnostic. We review your operation, map priorities and recommend the right starting point — with written scope and price before you commit.

Quick decision guide
Choose Diagnostic if…

You know you need AI but not where to start, or you want to validate with a small bet before a bigger project. The document is yours and is credited to the project.

→ $550 USD
Choose Agent if…

You have a clear pain — unanswered leads, an unattended phone line or a manual process devouring hours — and you want an agent in production this month.

→ $3–12K USD
Choose Program if…

You need several automated processes, a complete platform, on-premise/GDPR infrastructure or a security audit of your agents.

→ From $15K USD

Still not sure? That is exactly what the diagnostic is for: a clear recommendation and written scope before anything else.
